Athlete of the Year (First Nations) - Landen Smales (Surfing)

Athlete of the Year (Disability) - Callum Simpson (Swimming)

Official of the Year - Opal Jones (AFL)

Volunteer of the Year - Brad Beetson (Rugby League) & Mark Tebbutt (Disabled Surfing Association)

Team of the Year - North Shore Board Riders (Surfing)

Coach of the Year - Toby Coote (Triathlon)

Event of the Year - Monarhk SC Series (Water Polo)

Club of the Year - Sunshine Coast Basketball Association (Basketball)
