Teams can self-nominate or be nominated by another person or team (e.g., coach, team manager, friend, relative).

Nominations will be assessed on the following performance criteria:

1. The significance of the team’s development and progression within the year.

2. Demonstrated leadership as a team (e.g. team culture and impact in the community through volunteer commitment and community initiatives)
